SPI Selected as Host Organization for 2015 U.S. Figure Skating Championships

Sports & Properties, Inc. (SPI) of Cary has once again been selected as the host organization for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships. The Championships, hosted for the first time ever in North Carolina by SPI in Greensboro in 2011, will return to the Greensboro Coliseum Complex
January 18 - 25, 2015.


Case Study: U.S. Figure Skating Championships

Sports & Properties, Inc. served as the host organization for the 2011 AT&T U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which took place in Greensboro, North Carolina January 22-30, 2011. SPI, working in partnership with the City of Greensboro, Greensboro Convention & Visitors Bureau, Greensboro Coliseum Complex, and the Greensboro Sports Commission, successfully staged this nationally-televised event.

The 2011 U.S. Championships reached new milestones with over 161,500 attendees, a new Greensboro Coliseum Complex all-time event record. SPI handled all local organizing committee responsibilities for the Championships.
